Going Grey In May For John

John GoodmanJohn was energetic and fun. He loved hunting, and fishing with his dad, he also loved his fiancee.

In 2008 at the young age of 28, John was diagnosed with testicular cancer. He had two surgeries, and after many healthy follow up appointments. His cancer returned with a vengeance after 2 years. It metastasized to his abdomen, lungs, and his brain. His first brain surgery was in May 2010, followed by chemotherapy and several more surgeries. Unfortunately, despite medical efforts, including whole brain radiation and proton beam radiation, 4 more brain tumors came back.

Throughout his battle, John remained positive and  rarely complained. He even helped other patients with their struggles. He lost his battle on October 16, 2013.

This May we go grey for John.
